DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule it must be done 72 hours prior to appointment in order to transfer deposit to a different day. If it is not rescheduled prior to 72 hours of appointment deposit, new deposit is needed. CANCELLATION RESCHEDULE POLICY: I understand things come up or we get sick but unfortunately I have to enforce these policies because sometimes these get abused. -Cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be done within 72 hours of appointments or you will be be charged 25% of services booked. - Same day cancellations will have a 50% charge of service booked. - If you do not show up or call to cancel/reschedule your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. -If you are late and services need to be modified, 25% of service not being able to be done will be charged. No appointment will be rebooked until charges are paid. Charge will be taken out from card on file and receipt will be sent to you. By booking and confirming your appointment you are consenting to my cancellation and reschedule policy. NO REFUND POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason please reach out within one week of your appointment and I will do my best to correct any issues in a timely manner. These policies ensure a respected time frame for cancellations in my schedule. They will also help guarantee the best possible service for you today and future appointments.
